I was in a rush to get some t-shirts ordered and delivered for an event.
I chatted with Luke through their chat tool and he helped to check their stock and production to ensure that I would get my order in time. He even suggested a small change to order a color that was in stock so that there would not be a delay in my order. Thank you!
Angel was able to answer all my questions in very timely fashion and helped reassure me that the order I had placed was being worked on and will be delivered at a estimated time.

We'll definitely be ordering from here again. I've reached out with questions twice now and had a response and answer to my question in less than 3 minutes each time. One of the worries that I have with a lot of other services is that the customer service team takes a long time and doesn't always fully understand the question or requires a couple revisions to the question to get the point across. Didn't happen here, each time I asked one question and got the one answer I needed back immediately. You guys definitely train your customer service team well.

The first shirt I ordered was wrong, but when I called them and told them they listened to what I said I wanted. They immediately fixed the problem and sent me the corrected tee shirt. It turned out beautifully and I didn't have to wait weeks to get it. They are very committed to making sure that their customers are very happy with their products. I think I will order again with something a little easier to do. Thank you all for a job well done. I love my mom's memorial tee shirt and now she will be with me at my family reunion this weekend.
