I've had these custom and altered digitally created adjustments to some of my favorite photos of sports & Music in where I've been ordering and recieved more than expected in terms of quality and comfort let alone the image eye candy added to the shirt. I ordered the wrong tshirt fabric and asked how much would cost to replace and then just asked to replace with cotton original that I had in mind. They sent me the tshirt perfectly the way I originally imagined. Free of cost! They went above and beyond so this will only want me to order more new ideas that I have thank u!

I seem to be getting the run around on where exactly my order is physically and internally. My order has not been delivered and I paid expedited shipping, also the link for the tracking number pulls up the UPS website and that only says "label created". Yesterday I was told by a RushOrderTees representative that it's normal to see that when it's a rush order but assured me that the order had shipped. So when the order didn't arrive as guaranteed, I have no way of actually knowing where the order is or if it's even left the facility.
I have also had a super delayed response from support at RushOrderTees. I contacted at 0800 EST time and they finally responded 1100EST. Only to be informed to fill out a form. First time using y'all and I'm not getting the "warm and fuzzy" of doing business here.

When my order was printed incorrectly, I was expecting to meet a lot of resistance getting things done correctly. Instead, Rush Order Tees acknowledged their mistake and instantly offered to totally correct the situation instead.
They probably could have "satisfied" me with something less but instead chose to delight me instead (and to keep a customer for life)!

I ordered a custom shirt with some special graphics for an event. The graphics were PERFECT and the shirt was "heavy duty" - meaning it wasn't flimsy and I can tell it will hold up over time. Very pleased! Will use Rush Order Tees in the future!

I would not use this company. I had a terrible experience with them. They had concerns about my customized design due to what they claimed was a copyrighted image. Despite me being able to produce public usage rights for that image. Regardless after much back and forth and me even trying to adjust the image to not be the same as what they claimed to be copyrighted they refused to print it. While I was annoyed I understood the importance of covering themselves from any liability. They said they would remove that part of the design and go to print. I agreed to this. I received the shirts and while the "copyrighted image" was removed so was a sleeve decal that without the "copyrighted image" the sleeve decal was needed to have the shirts make sense as a theme. I also had to pay an extra &100 for the sleeves decal. They finally agreed to reimburse for the sleeve decal mess up but not for the shirts for which now I had no use for as they make no sense. I plan to donate them to good will.
The rudeness, lack of working with me and then refusal to admit any wrong doing was unbelievable. I had to fight for the sleeve decal reimbursement with "proof."

I had never used RushOrderTees before, but the designer tool is SUPER easy to use and understand. When I had questions about my pricing, I got immediate support via chat, and both Angel and Luke were incredibly helpful! Luke in particular was super knowledgable and answered my questions easily. And, it may seem small, but when I was transferred to him for help, he was able to just read the previous messages – I didn't have to explain my issue all over again. It's a smooth system, and both the process and the staff honor customer service!

My order wasn't exactly what i expected so they sent me another one that was just perfect. I was exceedingly pleased they sent it right away. It was a gift and arrived in time for my girl's birthday!
