Print on t-shirt had been double printed. The two prints were not aligned. Couldn't read the wording. Somehow it got all the way through the shipping process and delivered. I let them know and they are in the process of reproduction. They were very understanding.

First, I have to say that it was a great ordering experience. The website was easy to work; great design tools. The prices were in-line with industry standards. So no issues there. Customer service was amazing! There was a minor concern with one of the shirts. I let them know what occurred and sent a picture via email. I receive a case and a response almost within the hour with a resolution. And I have to say a great resolution. Awesome company to work with. Will definitely work with them again. Thank you

One of the shirts I ordered developed a hole in it after only wearing it a few times. I discussed it with Customer Support and they took care of the problem immediately and sent me a replacement. Great customer service!

There were initially two T's that needed to be remade. Customer service agreed immediately to remake them. When we received them, one was perfect, the other was not correct, but there was a misunderstanding about how it was to be made. Customer service agreed to immediately remake it. All is good. I will be ordering from RushOrderTees again. I appreciate them sticking with us. Love the final products.

I recently ordered a hoodie and it is just great! The colors pop and I'm not saying the colors that I picked, I'm saying the way it's produced makes the colors really stand out well. The quality though is a little low, the drawstrings are thin and the end of the sleeve is a little weird. Also, this might have been my fault, but the text was supposed to be a Metallic text but when I got it, it was not. But as I said before, it might have been my fault and I am really happy with everything including the service. I appreciate that they really take time to understand the problem and fix it to the best of their abilities. Thank you so much!
