I ordered a hoodie & tracked package, until I received email stating that my package was delivered. I waited a few days, then contacted customer service because the package still hadn't reached me. Within hours, I received a reply & was shipped out a replacement. Fantastic customer service!

I ordered once set of tee shirts that I designed and handed them out for a family reunion. They were short sleeve and now that the weather will be cooling I wanted one for myself in long sleeve, but needed to have an adjustment in the large graphic that was a bit too dark (for my own tastes) originally and put a special note in my new order asking to lighten it up. It came out PERFECT!

Print on t-shirt had been double printed. The two prints were not aligned. Couldn't read the wording. Somehow it got all the way through the shipping process and delivered. I let them know and they are in the process of reproduction. They were very understanding.
