I would not use this company. I had a terrible experience with them. They had concerns about my customized design due to what they claimed was a copyrighted image. Despite me being able to produce public usage rights for that image. Regardless after much back and forth and me even trying to adjust the image to not be the same as what they claimed to be copyrighted they refused to print it. While I was annoyed I understood the importance of covering themselves from any liability. They said they would remove that part of the design and go to print. I agreed to this. I received the shirts and while the "copyrighted image" was removed so was a sleeve decal that without the "copyrighted image" the sleeve decal was needed to have the shirts make sense as a theme. I also had to pay an extra &100 for the sleeves decal. They finally agreed to reimburse for the sleeve decal mess up but not for the shirts for which now I had no use for as they make no sense. I plan to donate them to good will.

The rudeness, lack of working with me and then refusal to admit any wrong doing was unbelievable. I had to fight for the sleeve decal reimbursement with "proof."

I had never used RushOrderTees before, but the designer tool is SUPER easy to use and understand. When I had questions about my pricing, I got immediate support via chat, and both Angel and Luke were incredibly helpful! Luke in particular was super knowledgable and answered my questions easily. And, it may seem small, but when I was transferred to him for help, he was able to just read the previous messages – I didn't have to explain my issue all over again. It's a smooth system, and both the process and the staff honor customer service!

Second purchase with RushOrderTees and I can't begin to express how absolultely happy I am with using them AGAIN. Truly their customer service is amazing. Their product is amazing. And by the time it takes you to write a glowing review it seems like their design team is already done processing the order being placed and getting it shipped. No kidding seriously here. The design team works LIGHTNING fast. Trust this company they know what they are doing. They don't outsource unlike that other "custom" shirt place. This team is local they are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them ahhh I'm so happy!

I am SO happy with my order and I will absolutely continue to use RushOrderTees! My item arrived early and it was exactly as I expected. From the design to the product color, it was exactly as depicted. The designing process was super easy and user friendly. There were lots of graphics and fonts to choose from which was helpful in creating exactly what I imagined. I received emails and texts updating me about my order status throughout the entire time. I can't thank RushOrderTees enough.
