My shirt size was in between an L and an XL. The sales team led me to order some sample shirts to be sure I was satisfied. Nothing is worse than getting a wrong size shirt and being unable to wear it. They eliminated this stress.

Update
Rush Tees are willing to go above and beyond per my concerns. They called me to resolve the issues. They offered to reprint and provide sizable shirt for my staff within a week. I will adjust the review once my order is confirmed and receive. I will provide another update once Rush Order Tees once they finalize on the re-order shirts for my staff. I will definitely let everyone know about Rush Order Tees ability to resolve and accountability to satisfy their customers. For now the customer service team are winning with me thus far. Thanks for attempting to make things RIGHT. Stay tuned for the final update, I will let you know when they come full circle once my updated order is in fact delivered.
I Paid $ 3500 for company shirts $40 plus dollars per shirt. The shirts are okay quality definitely not what I expected, and OVER SIZED! I'm very disappointed because these shirts are useless. Had I known that the shirts are not true to size I could have ordered a couple of sizes down for my staff. I feel that my staff WILL NOT wear them because they are too big and sloppy. Definitely not giving a professional look. The arm sleeves on the long sleeves shirts are extremely longer than they should be. The shirts give a sloppy fit. I could have purchased a better quality dry fit from my local Walmart. My money was definitely waisted. Beware buyers. The wording and logo print feels very plasticity. I definitely will NOT put it in the dryer or it will melt, and please hand wash" to AVOID shrinkage. The oversized is definitely the biggest problem because my staff will not be able to wear the shirts and look professional nor presentable. This really sucks not to mention that I had such a big order. I'm to embarrassed to upload a picture because these shirts represents my company, and I'm not proud of the outcome.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece to include drawings she created. The drawings were sent via text from a photo and I didn't think the images would be pulled so clearly from this image, but I was incredibly pleased when her gift arrived! I ordered pictures on the front, back and sleeves of the sweatshirt and everything printed clearly and I can't wait for her to see it on Christmas. She will be so excited to display her artwork. I look forward to using your company again!

I have ordered from RushOrder Tees in the past for our business. The team loved the quality of the shirts and bucket hats. This time, we are trying out the sweatshirts for a special event. I ordered a sweatshirt scheduled to be delivered November 22nd and unfortunately was not able to fulfilled due to an issue with UPS. RushOrderTees went above and beyond to get my item prepared and ready to be sent out and although I did not receive my sweatshirt in time they refunded my shipping to me and communicated with me every step of the way. Their customer service is simply unmatched and I am happy to say my sweatshirt was in fact delivered today and the quality is amazing. It is everything I expected and more. On top of that they asked me to email them if my sweatshirt was not delivered by the end of the day and that they would make a new one and get it sent out asap in case my original sweatshirt was lost.
