I ordered and received a single shirt with a picture print and text. The text and shirt color sort of washed each other out and I asked RushOrderTees's customer service what could be done. The quick reply was a friendly offer to remake the shirt with different colors at no charge. I selected the new colors and submitted, but a small, weird, blobby section of the print I uploaded was missing and they asked if I could reupload. I tried from different browsers and computers, but it failed on my end, so I sent them the original with dimensions and asked if they were able to add the print on their end.
They added the print with no issues and submitted to me for approval. The new shirt was printed, sent and received in a few days and looks outstanding!

Thank you for your time and extra effort. It really is appreciated. I will share your name with everyone I tell about this shirt.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience with Luke was. I was so lost and sucked at making shirts and he really pulled through for me. He made my shirt not look like a toddler made it AND he even gave comical jokes to make the process more enjoyable. 100/10 customer service skills. I offered to buy him a shirt to which he kindly declined. I legit want to make a shirt that says "Luke is the best employee at Rush Order Tee's." And no, I am not his friend, although I feel like we're besties now after our amazing interaction. Luke is the best thing to ever happen to you all and he deserves a raise.

Rush Tees are willing to go above and beyond per my concerns. They called me to resolve the issues. They offered to reprint and provide sizable shirt for my staff within a week. I will adjust the review once my order is confirmed and receive. I will provide another update once Rush Order Tees once they finalize on the re-order shirts for my staff. I will definitely let everyone know about Rush Order Tees ability to resolve and accountability to satisfy their customers. For now the customer service team are winning with me thus far. Thanks for attempting to make things RIGHT. Stay tuned for the final update, I will let you know when they come full circle once my updated order is in fact delivered.

I Paid $ 3500 for company shirts $40 plus dollars per shirt. The shirts are okay quality definitely not what I expected, and OVER SIZED! I'm very disappointed because these shirts are useless. Had I known that the shirts are not true to size I could have ordered a couple of sizes down for my staff. I feel that my staff WILL NOT wear them because they are too big and sloppy. Definitely not giving a professional look. The arm sleeves on the long sleeves shirts are extremely longer than they should be. The shirts give a sloppy fit. I could have purchased a better quality dry fit from my local Walmart. My money was definitely waisted. Beware buyers. The wording and logo print feels very plasticity. I definitely will NOT put it in the dryer or it will melt, and please hand wash" to AVOID shrinkage. The oversized is definitely the biggest problem because my staff will not be able to wear the shirts and look professional nor presentable. This really sucks not to mention that I had such a big order. I'm to embarrassed to upload a picture because these shirts represents my company, and I'm not proud of the outcome.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece to include drawings she created. The drawings were sent via text from a photo and I didn't think the images would be pulled so clearly from this image, but I was incredibly pleased when her gift arrived! I ordered pictures on the front, back and sleeves of the sweatshirt and everything printed clearly and I can't wait for her to see it on Christmas. She will be so excited to display her artwork. I look forward to using your company again!
