I had to ask questions about a product, and I received the very best customer service.
Due to a lazy post office delivery person my order was returned to the shipper because they could not find the 4 story building I was. I went online to see where my shipment as was troubled to find out it was returned. I immediately called RushOrderTees and spoke with customer service. He took down some information and told me someone will get in touch with me that same day.
Later that day I received an e-mail stating that they were sorry to hear of my dilemma and that they "rush order" me a new shipment AND I would have it by Christmas Day. Amazing! I was floored by how responsive they were.
My order was delivered to my house 5 days before Christmas. I cannot say enough good things about how this company operates, they are truly customer driven.
They will have my order when Ii need something printed and they should have yours too. They're just awesome.

This place is great! High quality stuff, and super fast. I'm a designer so I've tried lots of shirt print shops over the years for shirts for my job, church, friends, etc. I've ordered a bunch of different shirts and sweatshirts from here and been very happy with all of them. One design was printed a bit crooked for a single order but they were super nice when I reached out and sent me a new fixed version just a few days later for free. They've become my go to tshirt print shop!

Made my first order and received it very quickly. The only issue was the front design was reversed. I contacted their customer service which was awesome and they said that they would fix the issue with no hassle or added charge to me and as soon as the new order was finished, they would send me a proof to verify it is correct and then send it out immediately. Customer service is top-notch.

The web site said, "Your order is on schedule and will be delivered between Dec. 7 and Dec. 12." On Dec. 14, I talked (via text) with Angel to find out what was wrong. They told me that it was just an estimate, but they'd make sure it was flagged for production immediately and I'd get it by Monday, Dec. 18. Today (Dec. 18), I looked at the site, and it still said in production -- but changed the arrival date range to Dec. 22! I texted with Xander, who let me know it would ship today -- but that doesn't mean it would arrive even by tomorrow, Dec. 19. He was kind enough to get it changed to overnight shipping. I am grateful for Xander. I also appreciate that Angel was able to at least get production started. HOWEVER, the changing deadline without any communication -- and with such an unequivocal promise ("on schedule and WILL be delivered") -- is hugely disappointing. I placed my order weeks ago to ensure on-time arrival for the families ordering holiday merchandise from our nonprofit. I feel horrible that some of them may not get it in time, and I think it's awful that RushOrderTees would mislead customers this way, requiring us to reach out not once but twice to get our orders.

I made an order that there was a small issue with. The customer service was absolutely incredible and above and beyond. They gave me options for how to resolve it and I am happily awaiting my replacement. I had a number of emails with them and they were detailed, cared about getting it right, and made me feel like they are a very solid company. I hope to use them again!

I worked with Luke to finalize my design and he was very fast and helpful with getting the final price for everything so I could take it back to my client for final approval. I had a rush order that got hung up due to a USPS problem. Rush Order Tees jumped on it, reran my order, and got it to me just in time at no extra charge. They responded quickly to my questions and emails and GOT IT DONE. I was very impressed.
