I ordered two heavy zip sweatshirts for my parents' business for Christmas. My order arrived on the expected date and were of high quality! I was disappointed with a printing issue with one sweatshirt, and the company promptly responded and took care of the issue at no additional charge. I would highly recommend this service!

I have purchased several custom t shirts from Rush Order Tees and the quality of the material and imprinting has been excellent. There were times when I had questions, and both the "chat help" and the "phone help" were very professional and inviting and helpful. At no time did I feel like my questions were unreasonable or a problem to my helpers. Instead I felt and feel that I can freely address them in the future for any needs. One shirt that I ordered was such a dark combination that I didn't feel I could give it to my student so I contacted Rush Order Tees to see if they could offer an alternative. They immediately said they would provide a different combination and do the printing and pattern for free if I just covered the cost of the shirt. I was extremely pleased with that offer and the replacement was perfect. They did not have to offer that level of service but it speaks to their integrity. I will order from them again and I highly recomment anyone else ordering to get very high quality items and service.

Luke went out of his way for over an hour to help edit my photoshop file and make it clear to be able to print correctly. He sent me great instructions to help me and try and do it myself and when I still couldn't figure it out, he stepped in and did it for me. He was seriously awesome, I am very very appreciative!

Luke was my customer service rep and he was excellent. I have purchased from Rush Order Tees before and had good luck. They were a bit more expensive than my previous printer but his assistance and suggestions made it well worth any additional costs. It is nice to see someone still has customer service and I am glad to pay for it. Well done

I ordered a sweatshirt with a custom design; the design and quality of the shirt they sent were very good, except the size was too big. Their excellent customer service promptly sent the same shirt one size smaller so I was very pleased with that. However, I was disappointed with the placement of the text on both sleeves despite my trying to be explicit with my request to have the text on the outside of the sleeve. The finished product had the text on the inside of the sleeve.
While I was disappointed with the text placement on both sleeves, I would still recommend RushOrderTees but would advise customers to call if there are any explicit requests.

I was having some problems with my design so went to support. I was responding to very quickly and my problem was resolved way faster than I thought it would be. Luke was very pleasant and did not waste any time, he understood exactly what I needed help with and did it. I don't think I could have asked for better help. Would definitely recommend

My original order was lost not due to rush order tee just ended up lost in the mail and customer support was able to reorder and expedite the order at no additional fees to me they are very helpful and even when I got my order they reached out to make sure I got my order on time over all fantastic support and quality of work and the sweatshirts looked fantastic for our company holiday party

Very satisfied with the orders I have been receiving for my husbands business. Great quality, great customer service. Fast and easy to make orders or edit designs. Love that they proof the work before production and send it to you via email for confirmation, was very hesitant about ordering online but it turned out that ordering from here was 110% better then going to the place I did near me.
