I was excited to create a custom tshirt for our family cruise. My daughter is a graphic designer and made the design. The ordering process was easy and the delivery window perfect. The anxiety came when the delivery tracker was giving a date of arrival which would be equal to our date of departure- not good. I used the chat which opened a ticket and I received a call from Laura W on the Customer Care Team. She immediately knew my dilemma as our shirt referenced the travel dates. She immediately sprang into action to take care of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I had the shirts in time for our trip. My situation was impacted by the holiday and the delivery provider- this was not Rush Order Tees fault yet Lauren still took care of it.

Now for the shirts- they were packaged with care and of excellent quality. We've come a long way from my daughter's initial designs which were homemade and ironed on:) I can't wait for the many anticipated compliments I expect to receive on the cruise and will proudly tell everyone that it was thanks to Laura and Rush Order Tees.

I will definitely be back for all future custom shirt needs!

I had a custom sweater made for my daughter's birthday. I wasn't sure what to expect. I have used other print services in the past and the quality wasn't that great. When we received the finished product, we were so happy with our purchase. The quality of the print is excellent and the material of the sweater feels expensive, nice and smooth. Love the variety of products and designer brands available. Overall impressed with this entire process, customer service and store.

First of all, I had to say that I had a pretty eventful morning this morning not in a good way and I try to get everything done very organized and after I had a crazy morning, I called up Rush teas because I had a little issue with one of my Items I spoke with Jessica. She was super friendly as soon as I called in she made it so easy the whole process took less than 10 minutes to complete they sent out a replacement without me even having to ask for one and they expedited the shipping as soon as they could. They are wonderful team and if you're lucky enough to get Jessica on the phone I'm pretty sure you'll have one of the best reps at the company assist you and if you do have any issue with one of the reps that you speak to and it's not Jessica, then I would highly suggest that you asked to be transferred to her because she will take care of it and get it done and the reason I like this girl is because she's just like me she's all about her job and she makes sure that it's gets done the right way, so thank you Jessica for helping my morning be better

I'd ordered a shirt made for my 14 year old nephew, and silly me- I didn't double check that I'd ordered the correct size.
Upon receiving the shirt in Youths Med, I was pretty disappointed with myself, and reached out to see if it was possible to exchanged for the Adult Med. My hopes were not too high, as I knew this was a custom order, and it was my mistake.

Customer service was quick to respond, and let me know that I would be receiving a 1-Time courtesy of the correct size!
I'm so appreciative of the kindness and patience, and promptness!

We had a last minute need for a T-shirt to be made. We were worried because the image was a complex large graphic with a lot of colors. And we needed a certain type of material and style of the shirt as well. We ordered on a Sat with a promise of delivery for the following Wed. And we had no time buffer for delivery either so we just held our breath that the shirt would show and be of a decent quality.

So we were really pleased when the shirt arrived not only with great quality but also exactly on time as promised! We had a couple questions before the shirt shipped which were promptly answered. And the ordering app was easy to use. Overall will absolutely be using RushOrderTees again!
