I worked with Josh today who helped me with tax-exempt status and reassured me that there is an art staff who will make sure all the text and art are centered and look good. It was a relief to know that and we placed our order!

I originally ordered shirts and they came right on time with a great quality material! When I wanted to reorder, I encountered an issue and Josh was super helpful in ensuring I was able to get a reorder placed in the time I needed!

Had some questions about design placement and pricing. Geraldine was very helpful in reviewing my work to make sure it was set up correctly, and providing an updated price that included my customization.

There is an ease to creating the designs. The personnel who work the chat on the website were responsive and helpful - I needed Tall cotton shirts for some of our employees and they were able to share options with me quickly. I was not aware that adding designs on the sleeves would be an extra fee, they waived this fee on my first order as a curtesy. 10/10 would recommend.

I placed order #******* last month and Josh was amazing. I discovered that taxes were added to our order and since we are a public school, we are tax exempt. Josh requested our Tax Exempt form, adjusted the taxes and sent me a new order/invoice to reflect such. As a 1st time customer, he made my experience seamless.
