I needed shirts for my staff but was struggling to find a shirt of the same brand, color, and fabric that was available in regular and tall sizes. I lucked out when I used the chat box and was connected with Josh Ferra. He was very knowledgable and was able to find exactly what I needed and get an order setup for me.

Josh was incredibly helpful! He was patient as it was taking me quite a long time to figure out how to save my file. He was able to remove the background from the design very quickly so that I could order the shirt I was trying to get. I really appreciate his helpfulness today!

They did an amazing job on the print of our tshirts. Our shirts sizing was off though… not wrong, but the sizes weren't customary and this amazing company sent us new shirts. Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Thank you SO much! We will order more soon! :)

So I went cheap on a mesh snapback and the logo was printed a little smaller than i'd like. They fixed the logo, made it larger, and gave me the option for a super nice NIKE HAT! So stoked! THANKS TEAM!
