I was able to design my shirts with ease, and even share my designs with my cofounder before ordering, which made the process streamlined and seamless. Rush Order was communicative and very accommodating with some specific design requests, and made me feel taken care of. Will certainly be ordering from them again!

Luke was assisting me in chat while I was having issues with my payment going through. The bank I work for had blocked the transaction thinking it was for personal use. Luke waited patiently while I called 2 different departments and finally got the hold removed. What I thought would be an instant re-try, turned out to be that I needed to wait 30 more minutes before I tried again. Luke was so nice to wait in the chat when most companies just end the chat and you have to start all over on what the problem was. He even said he would check back to see if it was successful! Super awesome customer service and so glad I was able to give him a shout out!

We had an issue with USPS and it was clear our shirts would not arrive on time for our event. RushOrderTees reprinted our shirts and overnighted them so that we would get them in time. And they looked great. Excellent customer service!

I dealt with 2 different agents while we decided on design and sizing. Both reps were outstanding. They made the process extremely easy, checked that our design would work and did everything to make processing the order easy as well. We order a lot of shirts and jackets for our employees and our sponsors and after this, we will continue to use this company.
