My shirts somehow got lost in shipping. After calling Customer Service they made sure I had my shirts by the time I needed them. They were respectful, kind, and worked as a team to make sure I had the best costumer service. The graphics were fantastic, and the shirts were a good quality and comfortable. I used to be a race director. I would order a thousand shirts at a time. This company has great graphic to choose from and their Customer Service is exceptional. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend them.

UPDATE: I decided to add 2 stars because I was eventually provided with correct prints (still too late for my event) as well as a full refund. I do want to mention, however, that it is a little shameful this only came AFTER I left my original poor review. I doubt it would have happened otherwise. Overall, the product offered is quality when done correctly and they made a decent effort to make things right, even if it was just to help their reviews.

I ordered 4 aprons. One of the 4 was almost printed correctly, and the other 3 were clearly printed when one of the colors was low. I understand things happen, so I politely provided pictures and requested replacements. When the replacement arrived, I received one medium T-shirt with a graphic I have never seen before in my life. I contacted customer service again, provided pictures including the shipping label with my correct name and shipping address. I let them know I need my correct aprons in the next couple days so that I have them for the event. They said they couldn't get them to me in time, and advised me they could send me replacements that would arrive the day after the event, or I could send back the items for a refund. I checked on the website the same day, and if I had ordered new aprons after being told they wouldn't arrive until after, I would be able to pay extra for rush shipping and have them delivered the day BEFORE my event. I demanded they ship new aprons to me with the rushed shipping, and now they are either dragging behind or ignoring me. Guess I'll have to use the crappy original prints at the event. If they fix this in time, or refund me for used aprons, then I'll come back and edit this review.

I've ordered before and the team at Rush Order Tees is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant.
This order was time critical. I had them expedited. When my order came, I realized I ordered incorrect sizes.
I called Customer Service and described my dilemma. Well, they did the shirts again and RUSHED the shirts to me with expedited shipping at a reduced price. Doesn't get better than them.

Rush Order Tees is the best T-Shirt shop on the internet. There are many that are capable of creating a nice t-shirt for you. But I know of only one other that has the many different functions to truly make your t-shirt amazing. That one is BlueCottom, they're great, but their prices are outrageous, twice as much as Rush Order Tees.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect long sleeve T-shirt. I didn't realize it until the wrong one arrived. Understandably, I couldn't return the T-shirt because it was my mistake. I reached out to Customer Service and they got back to me very quickly via email. They offered me a discount code to purchase the one I wanted, which I was appreciative of. They actually ended up paying for the T-shirt as a one time courtesy. Many companies would not care enough about a very small order, but they did. They've got my business!

These guys are amazing. I worked in a place that we were third party for emroidery and other printed items. I knew about having logos that were problematic to embroidery etc.

The first test order came in and the embroidery lines were very thin. My logo in that area is very thin. I asked them if it was the file or their process, so that I could fix the design if needed. They were very honest and said that they could fix the issue.

They immediately got started and shipped the reprint very fast. The new hats look amazing!

I had an ill-fitting large uniform top on a 2XL body. I screen shot it and sent it to Rush Order Tees to see if I could get a 2XL that was close to the pattern on the original uniform. The picture I took was not that great, wrinkles showed and the picture wasn't the exact same shade as the tee that I cropped it onto. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the designers at Rush Order cleaned up the image and sent me a high quality tee that should serve me well on the field. This is the second time I have ordered a high quality product from Rush Order Tees and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Looking for some work coats with my company logo EMBROIDERED on it, found this company, ordered a single sample Carhartt coat for a very reasonable price with their logo embroidered where I would have my logo embroidered if I were to decide to have them make my jackets. All went smoothly, shipping time was as stated and when I received the jacket there was a flyer/insert with big bold lettering that said "YOU'VE RECEIVED A FREE HD DIGITAL UPGRADE!" and some other phrases littered with buzz words aimed at getting me hyped about this "FREE DIGITAL HD UPGRADE!"
"Cool!" I thought...until I unfolded the coat and took a look at the logo that was to be an example of how my logo would look if I chose to place an order...the embroidered white thread lettering had been "DIGITAL HD UPGRADED!" to basic white screen print lettering...which has peeled and flaked off after a few washes leaving a faint white smudged stain that looks like a bird did a fly-by...needless to say I decided against placing my order with RushOrderTees, however all is not lost as I still have a decent Carhartt coat that I paid less than retail...probably just get a patch and put it over the white screen print mess.

I ordered one custom designed tshirt from RushOrder Tees. First of all I love that I can order just ONE shirt and that there isn't a minimum requirement. The design process was super easy and the shirt was shipped quickly. There was a slight snafu during delivery so I contacted their help department. Melissa was very helpful and got back to me quickly and the problem was resolved. I will continue to purchase my custom shirts here!
