My service went fairly well. However there was one glitch. Initially when I was dealing with your personnel, the woman assumed I had an itinerary which I never did nor did I ever say I had one. She sent me an authorization letter to mail to SF. Subsequently, I was told I needed to send it to Washington DC. It cost me an additional $20 for a second mailing label. This upset me.

We were under 2 weeks from flying to Cancun - I realized last minute that my daughter needed a passport. I was able to get all documents collected and sent in one day. The people on the line were very helpful and honest on which tier I should pick to make sure the passport would make it on time. Mailed it on Monday and received it on Friday.
