Great customer service from the beginning to the end. Had issues with the post office getting the sealed package as they were originally not going to give me my paperwork sealed as needed as they were insistant about it had to be within 2 weeks for a hand carry and nothing would happen if I received it from them. Contacted customer service about this and they were great. Worked out a just in case. Finally got the post office to do what they were supposed to do after like 4 hours. Sent everything to Rush my passport and within a week had my passport and paperwork back from them. Great experience
I was totally satisfied by their service. The submittal checklist made it easy to include everything needed the first time around. They provided any easy to use prepaid shipping label and also provided several updates throughout the process to let me know my package was received, where it was in the process, as well as when it was shipped to me on time exactly as promised. Their service was very easy, complete and on time!
Wonderful service, great communication. Easy to follow instructions. My only beef is that we should be able to use our own FedEx account, it would cost us much less.

I let my passport lapse and didn't have a lot of time to get a new one. My husband had used Rushmy passport and he had a fabulous experience so I called them. My experience was just a great as my husband's. I had my passport in under a week and delivered right to my door. I needed a quick passport renewal for my daughter who had only 5 out of 6 months validity required for upcoming travel to Thailand. When I looked online, there were several providers but RushMyPassport reviews appeared to be the most extensive and also very positive with occasional negative reviews. The negative reviews do draw your attention so I was somewhat skeptical but honestly, I am glad I did not focus too much on them. I could not believe the incredible customer service and the speed with which the passport was delivered to me. Where we live, the nearest passport agency is Atlanta and we could not get an appointment there for several days. With RushMyPassport, I Fedex'd the completed application and supporting papers on Monday and by Wednesday at 6:30 am we had the passport! Hassle free, amazing service, well worth every penny of the extra money I spent. Just make sure you follow the guidelines correctly and you should have no problem. I strongly suggest this service to anyone needing a passport in a hurry.
