My only issue is withe the instructions provided. It is not clear that you need to collect all items before setting foot in a passport agency. Step one indicated going to a USPS office when it was pointless.

I was panicked after leaving our travel agent on Sat. With our final travel documents and finding out that my son's passport could not expire for 6 mos. After our return to the US. I went online and based on reviews, chose rushmypassport.com. I called several time and spoke with several different representatives who each had helpful hints to make the process go more smoothly. At the end, they talked me through all of the items I needed to make sure everything was filled out correctly before the package was overnighted to CA. When the documents got to CA the next day, my case manager was prompt on sending updates and even sent a message this morning that the passport was on the UPS truck heading our way. Yes, it is expensive, but it was worth every penny for peace of mind. Now we can relax and pack for our trip. Glad you are there to help people like me.
