Was hesitant at first having to pay online with credit card as the first part of the application but passport arrived in the time frame stated. Customer support was excellent in clarifying the steps of the process. Updates of status of application at each step via email and phone were also excellent!

Overall quick and clear... HOWEVER... I did NOT recieve my passport in time for my trip had to cancel it and lost $3000. This was all due to the fact that I sent in first an 'abstract' birth certificate and then my original hospital.
My recomendation: In your instructions make it HUGELY CLEAR about abstracts (since I didn't even know what that was). Have a box that pops up when you put in TX or CA that says WARNING IF YOU WERE BORN IN TEXAS OR CALIFORNIA PLEASE CHECK YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE... IT IT SAYS 'ABSTRACT' IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
