Always a good experience purchasing on-line with Rugs USA. The descriptions and photos are always excellent so never got a rug which didn't match my expectations. I DO like that the folded rugs are being shipped rather than the rolled. One or two days in the room, weighted with books or anything else you happen to have around the house, and the folds are fully relaxed and gone.
