Rugs, Inc delivered my order much sooner than I expected. Communication was timely and accurate.
Horrible product. Feels cheap and is a flat lay carpet - not a 1/2" thick carpet, as advertised. Do not waste your money - learn from my mistake! To return it I will have to be out 1/3 of the money I put into the rug. Aggravating since not only was it described as thicker there is also a blue tint to some of the grays making it unusable in the intended room.
Good price! Would love to have a size converter to metric.

I bought a run that was a big percentage off on sale. It was still $190 dollars down from $400+. If I had paid $400+ I would've been so upset. It feels cheap and inexpensive. Very disappointed.
