My rug is so pretty and arrived much faster than anticipated.

Not enough selections of sun burst or mandala rugs

I like the rug but have not been able to get the "packing creases" out of the rug. Very disappointed as I've tried ironing the rug on my hands and knees and also did the carpet cleaner on it… creases are ugly

Ordering was a breeze. The prices and options are fantastic. It was delivered very quickly.

The rug itself fine, not great not awful. The size is uneven, and no where near square. The rug took a few days to off gas a pretty noxious before I could lay it down in the house. Perhaps that is normal, but new to me. The rug's weave is looser than I would have hoped and I have to constantly go through and pull the gathered knots back through to keep it looking nice.

I love that you can virtually put the rug in your room to see how it'll work in your space

I like the rug very much. Have had it a little over a month and the roll marks haven't come out yet. Also, one of the corners became unglued and my husband re glued it.

It was on backorder. So, I knew I'd have to wait patiently. Was touch and go there for a bit towards the end. But it did eventually get to me. Thank goodness.

Order exchanged. Unfortunately the FedEx delivery was a debacle.

I'm very unhappy with my purchase because the shipment time took longer than previously told. The rugs were uneven and measurements were off. I purchased the premium padding which is not padded at all and it was bigger then the actual rug so it had to be cut down.
