Its so pretty. Ive been wanting it for a while. The tassles are cute. So happy i bought it. Only down side is that it takes a while to flatten.
I ordered a different rug and that order was cancelled so Rugs USA gave me a refund and a discount on next rug! Great customer experience! So i have made a new order! Thank you Rugs USA
My order was delayed multiple times. I didn't receive it until 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered it. The rug had many small bald patches when I opened it up. They were dime sized bald patches. And I also did find tiny black dots on different areas of the rug. I took a chance and kept it because I thought it would fade out but it never did.
Color and description as noted online. Very soft material and perfect neutral tones. We love our area rug

The rug was just what I ordered. I was hoping it would have a little more plush to it but it is pretty one-layered type of fur and not as fluffy.
I love pattern. What I'm disappointed in is that it's a black, gray, cream colored rug. I found Chunks or red weaved into the edge of on section. Very difficult to remove without potentially compromising the rest of the weave. It also is misshapend on the edge of one side. I guess I expected better from you based on a friend's recommendation.
The issue was Fed-Ex it took them almost 12 days to deliver.

Looks lovely pattern wise came quickly. But the Carpet simply won't flatten out even with furniture and all. Looks less than ideal need a solution to make it 100% flat.
