Love the deals and the quality! We didn't end up keeping this rug cause we found a different one we wanted for the space, but it's still a beautiful rug!

My overall order experience was pretty smooth at first, but soon after I placed my order I received an email telling me that my order was delayed. I understand the shipping shortages but I felt misled by the website right from the jump. In addition to that, when I received my rug it was not exactly as vibrant as it seemed online and had several spots on the rug that can't be cleaned out. The rug does the job for the space intended, but def going to be more careful if I ever order from this place again.

Rugs USA was great. It was my first time using their website and items arrived in good order and quickly. The only downside is that they do not returns for shipments to Canada.

The first rug I bought (Striped Tiles) was good quality, felt thick (but was only 3/8" thick, not the 1/2" stated in the description), dense fibers, soft, good color and stitching so decided to try another.
The second one (Blue Abstract Contemporary Area Rug) is defective, hemming is crooked, edges are buckled from uneven tension in the stitching. Poor quality in general, very thin (only 1/4" thick, NOT the 1/2" stated in the description), design, though interesting, is not done well--the color is garish and brighter than photos and blending is poor, the weaving is skimpy and coarse. It does not have enough weight to lay flat. I will want to return it and won't buy more.

In general, beware their thickness descriptions are NEITHER accurate NOR consistent.

Only place to buy nice rugs for good price. Will come back again

So far it's been good. I'll update more when I receive my rug. My daughter told me her friends have been happy with there purchase

I was so excited to order this rug and it's great, the shipping just took an incredibly long time

I ordered the gray color of this rug, and I expected it to be varied shades of gray like in the photo, but it ended up being just a flat single shade. Disappointing, but I kept it because I didn't want to deal with return shipping.

Everything was easy and now I have a rug I can wash without it falling apart.

I had an extensive online chat with a representative to make sure they changed the order to ship to my new address. She assured me the new address would be used. The (expensive) rug went to my old address. I think the new residents were going to keep it, but luckily when we had a neighbor reach out they did give it to us.

I moved into a new house with hardwood floors EVERYWHERE. Short story, tried to buy 1500 worth of rugs. The order said processing for two weeks. Called customer service. They said it was a problem with my card, but they had taken the payment from my account. Called customer service about that issue. They said they would cancel the order and it would take about 3-5 business days before my refund showed in my account. So, desperate for rugs I reorder my same order. ‍

Long story short, the NEVER REFUNDED ME MY FIRST ORDER AND NOW I AM DEALING WITH MY BANKS DISPUTE DEPARTMENT to get my money back. Be careful with this company. Something smells fishy.
