So simple and straightforward! L it shipped very quickly and was perfect for my space.

The rug came delivered just fine. However the rug is super thin/cheap and will simply not lay flat no matter what we do.

I placed an order for a rug and my credit card notified me that I was charged double so I called to cancel one of the rugs and was informed that I couldn't cancel it but they would call and get it canceled for me. I still received two rugs and was still charged for two rugs and was not going to pay almost half of what one rug cost to send it back

Using the the drop down menu for colors included purple so I did not have to look through the extensive selection of rugs. Unfortunately, the rug did not have purple in it. Yes, the rug had a mixture of red and blue and in mixing paints that makes purple but it doesn't work in rug fibers. The return process is easy but is not cheep. The prices and customer service are excellent so I will try again.

Placing the order was super easy. Rugs USA has a great variety of options. I found exactly what I was looking for and it is the best rug I have purchased by far. Will definitely be back in the future. Also, I received my rug so fast!
