My rug is perfect and the check our process was super easy! Will buy from them again in the future!

I ordered several rugs at some amazing deals, but one rug was just too big for our living room and had it returned. About a week or two goes by and I hadn't received my refund. I called and spoke with someone from customer service who couldn't see my return, it looked like they hadn't received it yet. With all the supply chain and delivery issues, I was worried the postage carrier had lost it. The customer support representative said she'd contact their warehouse and get back to me. Within just a few hours not only had she been able to locate my return, but issued my refund and emailed me the confirmation. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job!

I love this rug. We bought the runner and it really looks great. The pile is high and we had to cut the bottom of the closet door. But it was worth it.

Ordering easy Peasi but took awhile to get the standard mats came quick but took a long time to actually get the 2 rugs but all in all I'm happy with them.

It did take a couple of weeks to arrive
But love my runner.

I would have liked more information on the rug pads - wheich are best for wood floor versus tile floors.

Rug was super delayed and did not receive any offers from Rugsusa to make it right. Also the quality is very poor, the rug is so thin and honestly not worth the money.

Lots to choose from at good prices. Quality was pretty goo too. We are always able to find a rug that fits our needs.

The rug was incredibly soft, with nice texture (high/low) variation. It was as descriped and pictured.

The lamp is beautiful.it's even prettier in person. It was delivered quickly and packed impeccably. I will definitely be buying from Rugs USA again.
