Got my rug super fast which was great - the only problem is that there are red paint marks on the rug itself. Very strange?

As pictured the only issue was the rug wasn't rolled so lots of wrinkles other than that I am happy with my purchase

We absolutely love the rug. It's gorgeous and better than we could have hoped. Unfortunately, OnTrac " lost" our order for ten days and didn't communicate that to us until I called them. They were rude and basically said that I had to get RugdUSA to just send me another one.

This was supper simple and satisfying. The rug was easy to unroll. I took the advice of other customers and placed something heavy on the edge of the rug that was on the inside of the roll. I left it weighted down over night and the next day it laid flat with no trouble. I will totally order from them again.

Easy & fast, but more importantly this rug is so gorgeous! It's even prettier in real life, somehow. We're still working on getting the wrinkles out, but it seems pretty sturdy and with a thick rug mat under it, it's very cushy too.
