There are so many choices, which is a good and a bad thing. Look lots of searching to find what I wanted. Would be cool to have more ways to search by decor type (farmhouse, etc) or primary vs secondary color or brightness. Overall very happy. Also awesome that you put the thickness into the pics. Rug was much thinner and colors were not as bold as they appeared in the picture. You almost couldn't tell the rug is pink.

The site was find except for the picture and the color. I order what looked to be a rug with a lot of navy blue in it. What whipped as a rug with a lot of gray and little blue. Very deceiving picture

Ordered online. Received rug fairly quickly. The label was stuck to the rug and was very difficult to tear off without pulling out some of the fibers. Very irritating but it didn't ruin the carpet. Great rug otherwise.

I am so pleased with my new rug runners. I looked extensively for just the right color for my bedroom, and am happy to report, I found it! I purchased three runners, all the same color and pattern, to protect my carpet and avoid a "traffic trail". The runners are perfect! I find it difficult to trust the exact color of a rug, or anything else really, on-line. When looking at the description for my purchase I found it helpful to look at the wall color in the picture. It appeared to be the same color as the accent wall in my bedroom, and it was a perfect match. Thrilled with my purchase.
