The colors on this beauty are lovely. My husband complained that it feels a little too thin, which I think is partly due to it being washable. Nothing a rug of didn't fix.

First time I've bought from you so we'll see how it goes. Received the rug and love the colors but it won't lay flat in the middle of the rug. It's not a crease…it's like it's not made right and makes the rug appear cheap

Good selection. Couldn't find the size I wanted in some of the rugs, though. Overall satisfied. Two of my rugs were shipped folded up, which has made it difficult to get all the wrinkles out, to get the rug to lay flat. I currently have one rug rolled up trying to correct the issue.

I bought a 10' x 14' rug and it matches well with the website description. It is carefully woven and it's quality shows in the texture, thickness, and weight. The photos shared by other users also helps a lot. The only thing I wish Rugs USA can improve would be the packaging because the plastic bag that contained the product was partially torn apart. Luckily it was not a rainy day when it arrived. Otherwise, I may have a wet rug.
