My Rugs were delivered faster than I expected made me very happy. Was a little worried when I saw it all rolled up the way it was but it turned out great it is laying flat in just two days. Only down side I wish there was just little more olive in the run and my 8 by 10 but other than that I am super happy
It was easy to place an order and they came quickly. They were true to the description. I love the rugs. I put them on my deck but they are so nice you can put them inside. In my pictures they are darker because it stormed.
The 2 rugs we ordered (same pattern & color, different sizes) were not quite the color as we viewed online. The blue is not quite what we wanted but we kept the rugs any way. They brighten up our living room and entryway but we aren't overly happy with the brighter blue color.
I usually like to touch/feel a product before purchasing but living in rural Maine, it's quite time consuming, and expensive considering the price of gas, to find what I want. Then the logistics of getting it home in a car. The web site is quite user friendly, prices great, and free shipping. Because colors can vary on the computer it is a bit challenging to get a true picture, but reading the reviews helped a lot for that.
Site was easy to use and especially to sort and filter to narrow down to exactly what I was looking for.
