Easy, had exactly what I was looking for in color and size

Filtering was simple; great page loads… the page loaded 84 per page quickly and with no bandwidth issues. Sorted through and found/selected a beautiful rug; checkout was secure and easy. I gave four stars because it would be nice to have an eta estimate on ground shipping.

Fast and easy ordering, it had great reviews so I feel sure the rug will be great. Excited to receive it.

Just ordered the 3rd & 4th Modern Rug. These two will go on our Lanai and am looking forward to "finishing" off the floor. The rugs are a wonderful asset to the room.

When I tried to enter my order on line and entered my phone number it said my phone number was in valid.
I called customer service.
I was told to put +1 in front of my phone number.
It then worked and completed my order.

I thought that was a strange "fix"

I like the closeup photos of the texture and height of the rug selections. I want to make sure that the rugs are not made up of loops. My strong Dyson pulls up the loops in other rugs and makes runs in new rugs. I won't buy that type of weave again in my rug selections.

I knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. I love the colors in the runners that I chose and the quality is great.

I needed a 12'x16', a 3'x5' and a 12' runner. I was able to get all 3 in the same design! Perfect for our new home after our old one went up in flames from the Smokehouse Creek Wildfire in the Texas panhandle. Thank you RUGS.COM for making it stress free. I will be back to shop for bedroom rugs.
