I was looking for a rug for my hallway into my apartment. This is just what I wanted plus it's washable & on sale at half price! Perfect
My first order, I ordered three rugs. But then when I tried to return it outside of the return window, it was still good because they gave me a partial store credit. But now it's been over a month, and I keep getting the run around that my credit card is not going through. I've used three separate credit cards, which I know are good because my credit score is 800+, but it will not run so that I can receive my rug. I'm highly frustrated. +

I had a positive experience. This is my second order from this company. I like the opportunity to upload a picture to see it in your space. I think the prices are really excellent. My first purchase was of excellent quality, therefore I am hoping for the same experience this time. The only problem was at the end. It kept stating that my number was wrong! It took me a while to figure out that it was the country code that was missing. I figured it out because I travel out of the country. Otherwise I would not have figured it out. There needs to be clarity in that area. It was frustrating.
This is the third time purchasing this carpet. I have Three different sizes. And all my guests love them as well.

The rugs are gorgeous and can't believe they are washable. Some easier than others to washable in a machine, but I've succeeded with all of them.

Web site very easy, many sizes, colors, and shapes to choose from. Very quick shipping and packaged well. I also love their prices, and of course the free (paid) returns if needed. Their customer service is great. You are not getting a hand made Persian rug; most of these rugs are machine made but for the price I think the quality is great.
I was actually wanting an octagon shaped rug but didn't think I would find one, but I did. I can hardly wait to get it. Great selection and prices. Thank you

My daughter turned me onto Rugs.com and I've purchased 4 rugs from them since we moved into a new house with wood floors. Love our floors but they need umph! And I got that with the rugs. The quality is great and the prices are unbelievable!

When I place my order I was informed I would get a follow-up email when it was shipped. Never received anything so I went online and sure enough my package was out for delivery. Now they use a company with a 3.2 rating and I have sat here all day and it never showed up. Never again rugs.com! Never again! I don't know how you got a 5.0 ratings, I guess you paid for them.
You are now asking me for a upload of my receipt yet you will not let me download the screenshot of my email. Hmmm, maybe only positive reviews get to show things.
