Excellent service, quick delivery and free shipping returns! What more could one ask for!
Couldn't order additional matching rugs but able to quickly return and reorder new matching rugs very happy. Thank you.
It was good but could use a "Continue Shopping" button. Every time I would try to continue shopping, I would have to start all over! I'm buying rugs to cover my hardwood floor as my little 3 legged dog is getting to where she can't walk on them. Thank you for your help!

Easy to use site. Easy to order. Colors are vibrant and there are a lot of choices. Great prices and Quick delivery.
I bought 2 Catalina 2'2x3 White shag rugs. Easy to vacuum. They stay soft and shaggy after stepping on them.
One in the bathroom and one on a side of my bed.
Ordering another one, same size and a 4x6 for end of bed.
Was able to filter to find what I was looking for. Hoping no delivery problems and it arrives as promised.
Rug is not as it appears in advertisement, it's cheap and very thin. It doesn't lay flat keeps puckling, Waste of money, would have tried returning but because of the size it would have been too much trouble will not be purchasing anything from this company again..
We had previously purchased a 8 x 10 rug made of synthetic material, but was not satisfied as it always looked dirty. As such, we decided to purchase a jute rug. After shopping around, we choose to purchase it from Rugs.com. We purchased the 8 x 10 rug from their web site. The rug arrived in good condition, fast ship and fare price. We vacuumed both sides of the rug and found very little fiber, no dirt and no bugs. We are pleased with the quality of the rug and would purchase from Rugs.com again.
The rug is absolutely beautiful. I did have to tape the corners down after unrolling for the rug to relax. Great value
I had a good experience purchasing my rug. If I had read reviews before ordering (as I usually do), I would have been scared off and would have never ordered from this company. But I didn't read reviews because I had been online for hours researching rugs and when I found a rug that I really liked and it was available in the right size (6' x 6'), I jumped on it. I was hopeful that I would receive a good quality rug that looked like the picture and, long story short, I did. I also purchased a very nice 6 x 6 pad. I am using my carpet in a small bedroom where I will be installing a twin size Murphy bed. The bed will fold down in the middle of the carpet and provide a foot path on either side of the bed. I know some folks have found these rugs to be flimsy but I guess it depends on your expectations. I ordered a Persian rug, so I didn't expect a heavy, thick nap like you might get when you install a hefty wall-to-wall carpet. The fibers are short, full and soft, but it's not a "thick" carpet. You really need to use a good pad with these type of carpets for step comfort and carpet life. I have purchased similar, Persian-type carpets from brick and mortar stores and the thickness is much the same. Of course, the more money you spend, the higher quality you can expect, but I believe I got my money's worth on this transaction. I feel for the folks who have had difficult customer experiences with this company. I didn't have to deal with that, but I know how frustrating it can be. There seems to be many negative reviews for Rugs.com. If you're deciding whether or not to take a chance on them, I would advise carefully measuring your area, researching exactly what you want, and managing your expectations. Sometimes, glitches happen, like colors being off, or a rug just not working out the way you envisioned, and its important to have confidence in a company's customer service, so you'll need to assess whether (if need be) you're willing to spend the time and effort to work with their customer service to return a carpet, resolve a billing issue, etc.
This company is great to work with. Jeremy was so helpful. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I'll definitely use Rugs.com for my next purchase.
I am not surprised at all the negative reviews. They approved my order and processed the $169.00 payment. Within minutes, I recv'd the following msg: "Thank you for your recent purchase. We regret to inform you that your order has been determined invalid by Merchant Services and as a result it was cancelled. Any deducted funds will be back into your account within the next 2-3 business days."
When I inquired, I was told my only recourse was to respond to the cancellation email, which I did. Five days later, I got a response that basically said, we have no control over what happened to your order: "Merchant Services is a third party monitoring system that works with financial institutes to protect consumers. There are many reasons an order may be found invalid and cancelled but, unfortunately, Merchant Services does not provide us with those reasons. When an order is cancelled, we relay that to the customer."
I was never contacted to verify the order. My bank approved the purchase. My refund did not show up until 11 days post payment. Bottom line, if this is how Rugs.com does business, allowing an anonymous third party to treat their customers like common criminals, with no explanation or recourse, they are not the kind of company I want to do business with. You've been warned.
I ordered three rugs, one was OK the other two will not lie flat, I tired everything but after almost two months gave up. The company had me send pictures and responded with. "not a quality issue". They offered to refund 20%, how does that help me when I have 2 rugs that look like crap!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This rug looks nothing like the picture on the website. There is a one and a half inch band of dark gray in certain areas along the binding, that is not shown in the picture. I understand a rug has to be rolled out and laid down however the shading isn't going to change along the edge, get real. This company does not stand behind their product. I emailed the company regarding this issue along with pictures, I was offered a $6 refund. After several emails of bickering back and forth I finally decided to call the company. I asked them to send me a new one and have UPS pick the original one up. They were not having any part of that. Buyer beware do not purchase anything from this company. They don't post negative reviews. After posting mine I seen it then it was removed.
I read all the negative reviews and was concerned about ordering at all, but I went ahead and did so.
My rug arrived very fast, much faster than expected (5 days). It is exactly what I ordered. Size, colors... just right. It's not a priceless Persian rug, I paid $125, not $125,000. It's a nice machine made rug that looks exactly like the pictures. I was so pleased I promptly ordered another one for a different room.
I purchased a $3000 Moraccon rug and was promised a certificate of authenticity, however, I haven't received anything and the rug arrived before Christmas or approximately there of. I called multiple times and each time I was told it was mailed. Well, have you seen it? Because I have not. Customer service takes forever to answer the phone. I even asked to speak to the buyer who purchases these rugs for the company. I was told they weren't available. L must say the rug came in very good condition as promised. However, Persian rugs, oriental rugs and Moroccan rugs are very expensive and it is necessary to have a certificate of authenticity if you want to sell the rug some day. These rugs are antique and very desirable.
At this point I am going to call and ask for a manager but I don't think it will get me anywhere.
My advice, don't buy from this company. They are not reputable.
I ordered what I thought was a crimson red living room area rug. I ordered through Amazon from this site. What was delivered today was a joke! The quality of the rug isn't the best, but the color is nothing like the picture and nothing like I imagined. I received a cranberry rug with no grip or weight to it. Right now, it's being weighed down with dumb bells because of the extremely curled/bent ends. The color is awful! I'm going to try my best to return it, and get my money back.
I just received my kitchen rug. It is perfect
It gives me the look I was wanting
Thank you for your fast service
Great product
Purchased a rug - listed for $200 but on sale for $99. Have purchased other rugs from box stores for this price and have been please. Rug we received was thin and looked like the $49 special at Walmart. Edges have curled, doesn't lay flat and looks Cheap! Cheap! Cheap. This is our experience from Rugs.com - they seem to sell just cheap rugs, as other reviews have alluded to! Wish I could give them a good report, but quality of their products is below par!
The rug I received was nice but color was not the perfect match that I needed. The problem was the cost to return this rug. The cost was $70.00 to return plus the initial shipping and handling fee. It also took 11 days after they received the rug to recieve my refund. That was after a few phone calls inquiring about my refund. The refund amount was short the taxes I paid so I had to email them and the shortage which they did acknowledge and refund that amount right away. Due to the fact of the expensive return cost I will now order rugs from local shops to avoid the costly return fees.
Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.
Answer: Please may I have your email used when you made the purchase or order ID I will locate your order.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
