Was such an easy shopping experience. Saw how the rug looked in my room - easy to check out.
Two orders were placed. The largest room size came folded, and still hasn't completely smoothed out when viewed in certain light. The runner ordered, was rolled, but all the edges were crimped when packaged. The color, pattern and texture are great.
They site is very easy to use. I like how I can narrow it down to color, shape and size
Ordered rugs on 8/22/21 still not received on 8/30/21. Fedex is unable to locate items and company will not reship my order. I have been getting the run around for 5 days.
The only problem I have is the slow process for changing from one rug to another when deciding on purchase.
I have ordered from here before with total satisfaction.

The website says that the I ordered rug is 1/2 inch thick (e.g. 12.7 mm). However when I received it, the tag said it is only 8mm thick. I had purchased the rug specifically for it's thickness to block sound coming from the floor below. When I brought this mis-representation to rugs.com's attention, asking for a rug pad to make up the difference in thickness they refused to give me any more than $85 back (which doesn't cover the cost of the pad I'll need). This makes me very concerned about all product descriptions on the website overall, so proceed with much caution when/if ordering here!

I ordered a rug for my livingroom and it was so easy. Great website. I know the rug is beautiful because my sister-in-law has one and I saw it in her home. I loved it so much that I decided to buy one for my new apartment. I can't comment on the fit until I receive the rug. I'm pretty sure I got the correct size. This is a great company with very affordable prices. I highly recommend this company!
