Great selection of rugs and is delivered in a timely manner
Rug is very light weight and is totally mangled by shipping. Quality of rug for cost is below average. I could have gotten better quality for much less at Target--they just did not have the color I wanted... It will take a long time to get it to lay properly (have weights on it now). Pad is larger than rug, even though rug size is larger on paper. Sits VERY POORLY under the light weight of the rug (does not lay well at all) and will not. Can I cut the freaking pad down by a couple inches? No idea if that will mess it up but guessing the rug will still be "off the ground". OF COURSE, the pad is not returnable... so there is $90 lost (guessing you make a ton of money this way). If I had known you were the same freaking company as esalesrugs.com, I would NOT have ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I received an email about the semi-annual sale - overall good online shopping experience top to bottom. The camera tool to visualize the carpet in my dining room was easy to use and very helpful. I ultimately selected a size and shape that couldn't be previewed using the tool; but even so, the option to see the colors in the space before purchase was in and of itself valuable info.
