I've purchased a number of rugs here and always have been satisfied with the selection, the prices, the service, and the quality of the rugs. What's not to like!

I would have preferred it if the pile height and listed color where in a higher area of the screen. Something about your filters is off, if I for example selected 6x9 which also selected 7xsomething then used the sliders to narrow in the size I was getting crazy results.

I have been looking for an outdoor rug. I went to an outdoor birthday party and saw the host's rug and asked where she got it from. Of course she said Rugs.com. I went on your site and had the hardest time choosing which rug I wanted. My experience has been difficult only because there are so many to choose from. After making my choice, it was smooth sailing.

I ordered two large shag area rugs a few months ago, and the quality and feeling underfoot was great. They were definitely upscale rugs at an extremely good price.
