I recently remodeled my home office and wanted an area rug to tie everything together. Rugs.call m had so many options! The filters work great so I could narrow my choices without getting overwhelmed. I made my purchase on Monday and my new rug arrived three days later! It is perfect and looks amazing. This is my first time shopping with Rugs.com, but it won't be my last!
I didn't have the highest expectations given that the rug I purchased was only $79, but I was very happy when it arrived! The rug pad was a must and does a great job keeping the rug in place while adding some extra cushion. The picture was accurate and the "see it in your room" feature was fantastic!
I had no problems ordering from this site. Love all the rugs. However it will not give a delivery date like most stores and that's irritating.

This rug came super quickly. Like others noted, the center is old denim pieces( good recycling) some pieces even had sparkles/rhinestones? The edging is the nicest, mixed jute and rag. I'm airing it out as it came quite moist and some odor. Lays flat nicely. Border is nice and wide, 6 rows of colored fabric braid, 7 rows of jute braid. Just shy of 8x10. I will use it in a bedroom and I think it will work well, soft under foot and I won't use a pad- should be fine. Would recommend if you want casual, bohemian look and support reusing materials. Very clever and nice looking.

I ordered 2 rugs, one I immediately returned via FEDEX, and it took them 28 days to refund my money. And that was only because I kept emailing and calling, and repeat! The reps cannot understand you and you cant understand them. Then they only refunded me part of it and I HAD TO take the time to print off documents and scan them in to show them their own error. Never again!
There were many sizes and colors to choose from. And the prices were awesome.
I ordered two hallway runners that I thought I'd love but by the time they (very promptly!) got here I had already found something that was better for my space and my colors. The phone rep could not have been nicer or more helpful, the online return process is simple and fast, and the return and refund policy are very generous. I have ordered 2 different times from Rugs.com and have not been disappointed either time. The rugs are reasonably priced, quality material, and are as described. I will continue to order from Rugs.com whenever I need an area rug for inside and/or outside.
