This rug is very nice but do not expect to use it right away without letting it flatten out from the shipping roll.The side wrapping is tight. I am hoping it will stretch out. The fringe is double stitched.

I had a pretty good experience with rugs.com. I wish the shipping would have been a little quicker, but it still didn't take too long once the order was received and accepted. The quality of the products seem to be good. My only complaint about quality is I'm not sure if the edge of the rug is going to lay down properly. Ive allowed time for the rug to straighten out after unrolling from shipping and have applied weight to the edge that is giving me problems so we'll see if that holds up. Even if it doesn't, the rug looks great and is soft material to walk and even sit on, cause I like to sit on the floor. The rug pad I was suggested to by really didn't seem too necessary so I don't think I'd purchase that again, but I would definitely buy another rug from this website.

I got 2 small rugs. They were wrapped in heavy plastic with end protectors. The rugs are great. Beautiful color, pattern and good quality. I plan on buying more. So easy to have them delivered. The hard part now will be choosing!
The rug was nowhere's near as advertised and then when you go to return it they make it impossible to return they want you to take photographs why I'm just throwing the stuff away and not going to mess with it and chalk it up as a lesson to learned but I am going to give it a review on their website and on Facebook for no one to buy from temu for any product they sell a lot of stuff I bought several and was very disappointed in all the items

Rug was very soft. Does not have bends upon opening. I've bought many rugs in the past but this one right here was PERFECT. No shedding at all. Nice pile height. Worth every penny.

Haven't gotten it yet. The biggest thing for me is if I need to return it, how easy do they make it. Picking out a rug can be daunting and sometimes need to see several. I use the picture to see the rug in my space but colors don't always look the same when you get it in your actual room.
Over time, I have redone my whole house from rugs.com. I have been rehabbing a house and nothing is more pleasurable than picking the right rug or rugs for a finished room. Everything I have gotten has been a good quality and exactly what was described. They are actually even good at showing you true colors. Love this place.
