This is the second time we've ordered from Rugs.com. The service is quick. The website is easy to navigate. The selection is fantastic. I thought I had made a mistake in my order. I emailed and got a reply within less than 24 hours! Amazing! Will definitely order again and refer friends and family!

This is my first time using this site and it was most pleasant. The pictures were detailed enough to make it easy to compare them to the carpets I already have and want to add the same carpets to my home. Check out was also quite simple so overall, I would absolutely use this site again and will recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect carpet addition to your home.

Did not give me a tracking number. I had to look up the number and contact Rugs.come. Did not even tell me when it would ship.

Our rug pad was received within three days of the order being placed. It's a very nice thick pad. We would highly recommend it.
