Not only was the transaction simple, the choices were varied and the price was unbeatable. We needed an area rug under our bed to accommodate our dog who likes to sleep there. We already had a few scatter rugs beside and in front of the bed because the dog doesn't like bare floors. I was given a dozen or more choices and was easily able to find something that would fit AND blend in with the rugs we already had.
And since the rug was on sale, I was able to fit it into our limited budget.

Rug arrived on time. It was tightly packed in plastic (horrible for the environment). It took a number of days for the corner's to stop curling. This was after several heavy objects trying to uncurl the corners and the entire rug.
Love quick shipping never dissatisfied...I thought rug was darker but still love it...I love that you offer alot of different sizes kinda feel like custom

I ordered a 9x12 but am going to order another 5x7 for different area.
I bought a rug that was too large for the area. Returned it with ease for full refund and bought another smaller one. It looks great! The return directions were clear and delivery of new rug was 2 days. Ease of using web site made it stress free! I will use them again.
