I didn't think the colors would be so vibrant. While very pretty, the rug seemed to end up the focal point in the living room. If only the colors had been so vibrant I would've kept it. Now I have to figure out how to return it.

I had purchased a rug from a well-known furniture outlet in Denver... It was not the perfect rug, but one that "would do"... as it turned out, the rug was back ordered. Well, they snoozed and they lost because I found the PERFECT rug at Rugs.com for 1/3 the price so I canceled the order. My rug arrived today and I love it - color and quality.

While the ordering process and customer care service was top notch, I think this survey is a little too soon as my rugs haven't even shipped yet. I would much rather review this company and transaction after all is said and done.
