Using the website was easy, I had a question about the material in the performance rug pad and not only did the Bot give me an answer, customer service answered my email nearly as fast! (I emailed before thinking to ask the Bot).

Once I receive my rugs and pads, I'll be happy to comment on those as well.

I ordered a rug during their Christmas sale and was so happy with it I decided to order a second one during their New Year's sale. I got 2 8'x10' area rugs for the price I would have paid for one at other stores and the quality is great. Shipping was fast with zero issues. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

Rugs.com has so much variety that I found unique rugs. I bought a runner, oval and round rug and all the pictures were amazing and it is easy to see the size choices. I search in several different ways by shape, color and regional design and got great rugs to choose from. Top job rugs.com

I have not received the rug yet, I only ordered a few days ago so it is hard to write a review. I wish there were a few more contemporary rugs and ones that would be thicker, so they lay flat

I just purchased my 4th rug from Rug.com. I've been happy with everyone of them. I've had to replace some of my older Persian and Moroccan rugs and although these were significantly less expensive, they look lovely. With pugs in the house I can't get too attached to any rug!

The rugs showed up bundled up quite nicely with instructions on how to get the rugs to lay flat. The backing pad is nice. The colors blend in. They compliment whatever you're trying to show off in your room, like the walls or a painting.

Ordering was easy, and selection is great! So many sizes shapes and colors, and the prices are the best I have found. And I shop around a lot!
