Rug came fast and just what i ordered! Good quality.

I bought 3 rugs during the Presidents Day sale. AMAZING price! Delivery was prompt and rugs are perfect! Good quality, beautiful patterns. I will be buying another in near future. Couldn't be more please!

Order process was easy. Rug arrived in timely manner; however, it was folded up tightly in order to be shipped cheaply, instead of rolling it and shipping as freight. A week later and the 10x10 rug is still lumpy. The rug itself is beautiful. Not happy with the wrinkles and lumps.

The rug is softer than expected, and it looks great in my husband's office, but I don't think it was made properly. The edge banding seems to be tighter than the rug itself, leaving the rug really wavy. It won't lay flat on the floor, despite being weighed down for 24 hours, The rug pad that we ordered was basically useless for keeping the rug in place, so we discarded it and just put the rug down.

The rug is perfect for the area and the pattern fits the era of my house. I am pleased with the texture and how easily it cleans. The outdoor pad works well too.

I loved the "take a picture of your room" & try the rug in it! Takes all the guess work out of whether it would look good or not!

Rugs were as pictured, and very reasonable in price.

I ordered a rug for my granddaughter's bedroom on Monday and it arrived on Thursday! I can't wait to give it to her!

Rug arrived is a damaged shipping bag and folded so many time that it will not lay flat. Wast of money

The service was excellent. The color of the rug is not green, however, even tho the tag says green. It is definitely blue so I was disappointed in the color. The rug itself is very nice but not green.

As for the rugs, I am ecstatic as they fit perfectly with my decor. The colors are as described and of good quality for the price. After much review, this was the best decision.
