This was my second purchase. I have seen their ads multiple times, but was hesitant they would be cheap knock off materials. Not at all. Beautiful, soft, well made rugs.

Hi. The shopping experience was great. No problems ordering online. Good tracking updates. The problem is with the area rug. It has dark/ dirty spot or stains on the back. I'm unsure of what it is, but because the rug is cream colored, it shows through in certain areas. Plus, the rug seemed slightly damp when unrolling. Not the entire rug, but parts near the end where the staining is. I plan to return
