I am not one to purchase things online but the bathing suits were so beautiful I decided to take a chance and much to my surprise everything fit like a glove, they were beautiful and I have to say I'm very impressed. I will definitely purchase through this site again.
I asked Sowshi questions about bathing suits and she was very helpful. And the questions she didn't no the answers to, she sent them to warehouse to get them answered for me. And she answered the question I had about returning 1 bathing suit i had ordered and exchanging it for another one.
However Arna has been trying hard to see how I can get the items delivered to my chosen address. My items were left in a locker somewhere in the US by the USPS shipper as such we could not find my items till now. I am upset but Arna really tried to pacify me and assured me of a quality service by ensuring the items are delivered to my chosen address. I am still very disappointed though. I will not be pleased with Rotita until my items are found. USPS caused me lots of pains and stress. I will not accept non delivery of my items to the ddress I provided please.

I ordered 2 for 1 bathing suits. One came damaged. The company actually asked me to try and wash the suit which I did and black marks could not be removed. They then offered me 30% off to keep the unwearable suit. I said that was ridiculous, their ad claimed 100% satisfaction. Finally, they agreed to a refund of. 10 which was ridiculous and insulting. Their reasoning was one suit was free--Obviously, the consumer expects to be able to wear both bathing suits. This company is not like Amazon or any other reputable company. The suits were of average quality and if this matter I had not arisen, I might have tried another item but I am done and the customer should be aware that they are dealing with a questionable company.
There was some trouble with the shipping of my order. May and her coworkers at costumer service solved the problem very fast and efficiently. Quick and nice respond to my email.
