I was initially very frustrated thinking the swim suits were sewn incorrectly. They should have been mailed the way they are worn, not inside out. That style swim suit is difficult to understand until you finally get it right!

I never have heard back from you about the two pairs of faulty earrings I got from you and hence I have another order for the butterfly wing earrings waiting to be delivered. I would expect the least you folks could do would be to reply to your customers' concerns. Very disappointed in that aspect.

I ordered three items. They came quickly enough but the fit was off and the quality of the material was very poor and they sent me one wrong item. I emailed and to make sure I would get a full refund, even though they sent me the wrong item; they stated I would. Well it took me over three months to get a refund and it wasn't the full refund. They charged me for shipping twice and stated I didn't return the third item. It was a long back and forth with people who's first language was not English. I have used Rosewe in the past and I thought Rotita had similar stuff. Rosewe's quality is by far way better and a hassle free experience. I will never order from Roitia again.
