My First Order was Messed up, Wrong Size, Took Forever etc. The Second Third time I have no Negative Words, they sure made up for there Mistake. I recommended them to all my Coworker's.

Sumie helped me with a defective black swim shorts I received from my order which I submitted pictures to show what they looked like. She is sending me a new swim short at N/C to replace the defective ones.

Never had a problem with my orders. If there was any delay was always informed timeously. Ordered items always received in good condition.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the blouse and pants that I ordered. The quality of the fabric and the workmanship is incredible for the price. I would suggest that no matter what you order, ALWAYS check the sizing chart. Their sizes are all over the chart no matter what you are ordering.

Renee was most helpful when I didn't receive my package on time. She was very prompt getting back to me. It ended up being my post office saying they delivered it but they never did until I called. I had the worst time purchasing my item with my card I know should have worked, when I went to Live Chat, Sowshi helped me a great deal and had much patience with me and my ignorance of phone technology. I hope I get her again if I have any more issues.

Rotita shopping experience was fun. I kept some swimsuits and returned 2 that didn't look nice on me but were great quality. The return process was a little confusing at first because they use a ticket return method. I did receive my refund of the entire amount in 5 days. I will continue to shop with Rotita.
