When I checked out my purchase with Paypal, I had no opportunity to input my address. When the delivery address came up, it was for a chemist 3 miles away! I contacted the Rotita Chat line and received great service from Chat Agent, Brinda. Without fuss, Brinda changed the delivery address to the correct one and updated my details on the Rotita site.
