My package got lost a week ago. Rotita didn't want to know and passed me off to Yodel the courier. Yodel were terrible, insisted they'd delivered to the right address. Stated they'd delivered to a purple side door! My door is black! I have no side door and I have a ring doorbell which was not used by the driver! So they didn't even ring the doorbell to see if I was in. Because it was delivered to the wrong address.
A week of back and forth emailing finally spoke to an agent for Rotita called Clara. Solved my issue instantly within 10 minutes, was very polite and dealt with me like a human. Highly recommend her. 5 stars excellent customer service skills.
