The dress I ordered arrived too late for the wedding. It took 12 days to arrive. I paid extra to ensure it would be here 3 days earlier. Very dissapointed as the dress is lovely.

Products were as described. Could be a bit better quality hence the price. Service was good. My return process was fairly easy.
