Demi did a great job in settling my request to return my order. I was disappointed none of the 3 outfits would be formal enough for the event I'd be attending, and they were all about 5 inches too long. Maybe if length were noted in the description I would not have ordered. When I tried on, I thought I could alter but they really weren't totally flattering on me without making more costly alterations, more than what they cost. She was understanding and promptly issued my request to return the products. I have shopped with you before & enjoy what I have gotten. So many people are quick to complain about customer service. I'd rather boast about the good employees. Thank you Demi.
I was missing my 2nd package and was able to speak with someone to get it in to me before October 13th which is the wedding my wife and I are attending are attending.
My shirts fit to size, very comfortable and LOOKS LIKE PICTURE. Which is important since I order clothes online and 1/2 doesn't look like the photos.
